Jamie Gabbay is a seasoned litigation attorney whose practice spans personal injury, business law, and insurance defense. With a career built in the courtroom from the ground up, Ms. Gabbay brings a rare combination of prosecutorial experience, rigorous trial training, and sharp strategic instincts to every case she handles.

Ms. Gabbay earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s prestigious Marshall School of Business, where she developed a strong foundation in the commercial and financial principles that inform her litigation strategy today. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from LMU Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Driven by a commitment to trial excellence, Ms. Gabbay was selected to attend the Baylor University Advanced Trial School – Academy of the Advocate, an elite and highly intensive trial advocacy program held in St. Andrews, Scotland. The program is widely regarded as one of the most rigorous practical litigation training experiences available to attorneys, and its alumni are recognized for their courtroom precision and preparation.

Early in her career, Ms. Gabbay sharpened her litigation skills in the trenches, handling preliminary hearings for the District Attorney’s Offices in both Long Beach and Compton, California. This hands-on prosecutorial experience gave her an in-depth command of evidentiary rules, courtroom procedure, and the ability to think and perform under pressure — skills she brings to bear for every client she represents today.
