Jamie Gabbay is an Associate Attorney at LA Century Law, where she practices civil litigation with a focus on personal injury matters. Her practice includes representing individuals in cases involving auto collisions, premises liability, and assault.

Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where she participated in advanced trial advocacy training and developed a strong interest in litigation and courtroom practice. She also completed the Baylor University Advanced Trial School Academy of the Advocate in St. Andrews, Scotland, an intensive international program focused on trial advocacy and courtroom skills.

Jamie’s legal experience spans several areas of law, providing her with a well-rounded perspective in litigation. As a law clerk working on business matters, she assisted on cases involving trusts and wills, property issues, and business transactions. She later served as a certified law clerk in criminal law, where she led preliminary hearings and presented arguments before judges to establish probable cause and ensure cases proceeded to trial. This experience required her to think quickly, apply evidentiary rules in real time, and develop strong courtroom advocacy skills.

Jamie also gained experience in insurance defense personal injury litigation, where she assisted attorneys in preparing motions, developing case strategy, and supporting trial preparation. Her responsibilities included preparing and examining lay witnesses and victims, as well as working with expert witnesses such as law enforcement officers to prepare testimony for trial.

Fluent in English and Farsi, Jamie brings a practical and client-focused approach to her practice. Her background across multiple areas of litigation allows her to approach cases with both strategic insight and strong advocacy for the clients she represents.
