Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Florida. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, completing the school’s rigorous SCALE accelerated program in just two years.

Robert brings extensive experience in employment law, representing employees in complex workplace matters involving discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He skillfully managed cases from initial intake through resolution, combining a strategic, business-minded approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.

Earlier in his career, Robert represented insurance carriers in personal injury litigation, gaining an insider’s perspective on how insurers evaluate claims, assess risk, and formulate defense strategies. He has since switched to the plaintiff side, using this experience to anticipate opposing tactics, negotiate aggressively, and maximize outcomes for his clients. This unique dual perspective gives him a significant advantage in achieving favorable settlements and holding insurers accountable.
